Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
• Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
